Product Description

PTFE  sheet is also called non-stick cover sheet which is designed for heat transfer vinyl, the sheet withstand temperature upto 260C and has 100% nonstick surface.
PTFE  sheet is mostly used as protection when transferring heat transfer image onto garment, it is placed between the image and hot plate, the non-stick sheet has 100% nonstick surface, it prevents ink from sticking on your heat press plate when transfering. Our 0.11mm  sheet material is suitable for this application.

How to used non-stick cover sheet

1. Weeding the vinyl carefully because the clear backing material is sticky. You can sue a pin or weeding tool

2. Iron the shirt before placing the image on the shirt in order to remove winkles from the shirts

3. Put the image on the T-shirt when it colled down

4. Preheat the iron to its' highest setting, place the PTFE sheet between the image and your iron

5.Place the preheated iron on the PTFE protector to heat transfer the vinyl image. Press down for 10 - 20 seconds.

6. Remove the iron, the PTFE fabric and let the garment cool down
