Product Description

Ptfe Coated Adhesive Tape is using glass cloth base material impregnated with PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) dispersion and then sintered. Single surface treated and coated with a high-temperature, silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive. Youngsun PSA products can be supplied as long rolls or slit tapes. Yellow textured PVC release liner is applied to the adhesive surface for ease of application. Self-wound rolls are available (without liner).
PTFE Adhesive Tapes - PTFE coated adhesive backed tapes are high performance products that offer excellent release characteristics whilst being able to cope with extreme temperature. They are manufactured with a high temperature resistant surface with pressure sensitive silicone adhesive.
 


Applications 
PTFE adhesive tapes are often used as a release tape for the protection of sealing jaws and heat-sealing wires on equipment such as bag and L- sealing machines. They can also be found in vacuum and blister packing operations too.

1. Insulation: slot-stick and commutator; slot liners, spacers, field and armature winding; wire and cable insulation and protection for industry like LCD/FPC/PCB
2. Packaging: form fill and seal, impulse/L-bar and poly bag sealing
3. Manufacturing of battery, protection of electric wire, dynamo and other electrical appliances
4. Nonstick roll coverings for printing and textiles. Vinyl window manufacturing.
5. Chemical processing: tank seals and contaminant barriers, gaskets, membranes, seals&diaphragms, corrosion resistant chute, drum, hopper liners, lining of spray booths, guide rails
