Product Description

Antistatic Fabrics Coated with PTFE is smooth, nonstick and high heat resist, widely used in Electronics Industry, Chemial industry and Aviation industry. Different thickness are available
Ptfe Anti-static Fabric is made of the best imported fiberglass yarn as the basic weaving material to plain knitted into high-grade fiberglass basic cloth, coating PTFE resin to make it into PTFE clothes in different thickness and width.We add a kind of special antistatic agent during production. The tape can be with or without adhesive.

Resust high temperature from-70-260C during 24 hours working.
Dimension stable, high intensity, elongation coefficient less 5%.
Dielectric constant and low coefficient of friction, good insulating ability
100% Non-stick, easy to clear stains and adhesives on the surface.
Good chemical resistance, it can resist all most of chemical medicines, alkalis, acids and salt, it is fireproof, lower in aging.

Applications
0.08mm, 0.11mm, 0.13mm are perfect used in garment industry as  bottom table wrap and pillow. Also widely used in food industry as oven liner.
0.13mm widely be made into laminated belt as side band for the napkin packing.
0.25mm widely used in the production of solar panel as laminating sheet. 
0.20mm black color is popular used as BBQ grill mat.
0.25mm+ are widely used as conveyor belt, we will customize different size with different kinds of joint
0.90mm, 1mm are used in carpet industry to make into conveyor belt for vulcanizing and curving
The ptfe tape can also be made with adhesive, to be used in packaging industry for hot sealing.
