This PTFE seamless fusing machine belt is an essential accessory for Hashima fusing machine, our belt have enough PTFE PTFE coating and high quality glass cloth weaved with no joint. Thus it is with excellent smooth surface.
Any size can be customized in order to fit your machine well.
Normal fusing machine belt is without edge and guide, we make different size according to customer's requests.
Some customer ask us to make edge reinforcement which is wearable on the edge in order to extend its life.
In order to avoid off-center problem, we can also provide rope sewed at the edge.
Our belts are made of high quality galssfiber yarn which will be weaved advance machine and have good PTFE coating, thus surface is very smoth.
We will roll belt on paper tube, each belt we will use three paper tubes in order to avaid creasing during delivery. Then we will wrap them with air bubble film which is used to protect its surface.
We will delivery by sea or by air via DHL, FEDEX, UPS door to door service.
