High quality nonstick PTFE open mesh belt for textile printing industry
What is PTFE open mesh belt?
PTFE open mesh belt select fine glassfiber or Kevlar as basic weaving material, coated with excellent PTFE resin. The belt get a non-stick surface, food or other product can hardly stick on it. Heat-resistance advantage allows the belt work under high temperature without any damage. There's different mesh size for choosing which meet different requirements. Sizes can be made upon request.
Advantages of open mesh belt:
1. High temperature resistance: It Can continuously work under-140 to 320C, max resist high temperature up to 360C.
2. Permeability: It can avoid wasting heat and improve drying efficiency for it's permeability.
3. Chemical resistance: It can resist all most of chemical medicines.
4. Non Stick: It can easily remove all kinds of adhesives such as resin, paint and chemical Medicine, easy to clean.
5. Good flex fatigue resistance: It has high tensile strength and excellent flex fatigue Resistance. It's better for small wheels.
Specifications:
Note: YS6008 model with 4*4mm mesh size, double weft, good quality and profortable price makes it most popular among customers.
Applications of PTFE open mesh belt:
1. Drying machine for non-woven textile, textile printing, silk-printing and dyeing machine.
2. Shrinking machine for garment fabric, high-frequency and UV dryer
3. Conveyer belt for hot-air dryer, various of food baking, quick-frozen machines.
4. Oiling machine for paper glazing and waxing, plant engineering.
5. Seperating sheet for hardboard production etc.
Available options for PTFE open mesh belt edging:
1. PTFE Film Edging, which encapsulates the edge to stop fraying and offer protection. The advantage of using film is that it is soft in nature and will stretch with the belt when under tension.
2. PTFE Glass Cloth, which edging can be used as a sturdier option to film and a good option if a tracking arm is used to detect the edge of the belt when coming in to contact with it.
3. PTFE Coated Kevlar which is the most durable of the edging types. It is a good option when considering using guiding cord on the belt.
Available options for belt joint:
- Bullnose joint, this one can meet the requirement of most belts.
- Alligator joint, this joint fit for those belt which need the joint part to be flat
- Spiral joint, this one is very light when comparing with alligator joint
