We mainly produce three kinds fusing machine belt.
1. PTFE Jointless Conveyer Belt.
Seamless or Jointless fiberglass or Kevlar coated with fine PTFE.
Properties:
Provide excellent release PTFE Jointless or Seamless coated fabrics, dimensional stability and high anti-tensile strength operating temperature range (from -73°C to +260°C), and offer excellent abrasion resistance and excellent resist medicament property resist antistatic applied It is impervious to virtually all-chemical attack. Seamless or Jointless belt which is laminating machine standard equipment velvet or treating material promise long-life.
2. PTFE Joint Conveyer Belt.
Seam or Joint fiberglass or Kevlar coated with fine PTFE.
Properties:
Provide excellent release PTFE Joint or Seam coated fabrics, which is made of imported material. The surface is smooth and luster and the price is competitive. It can substitute alike imported belts.
3. 2ply fusing machine belt:
Youngsun use static-resistance varnished cloth inside and tearing-resistance fiberglass cloth outside, 2ply belt has a great improvement on its intensity, long using life, well balanced thickness, excellent deflecting preventing capacity, smooth surface, it's better for super thin fabric fusing.
