How to use silicone pastry mat

• Rinse the silicone mat and dry with paper towel
• Heat the oven and place the mat on your baking tray

• Space the cookie dough 1/4 inch apart on all sides
• Put the tray on the center oven rack
• Let the baked food cool few minutes after baking
