Description of PTFE coated fiberglass cloth:
PTFE coated fiberglass cloth is constructed from a fiberglass base cloth and impregnated or coated one side or both sides with a specially compounded silicone rubber, which enhanced the strength, fireproof, high temperature insulation ozone, oxygen, sun, weather and oil workability.
Properties of PTFE coated fiberglass cloth:
1. Service Temperature -70 ~300
2. Ozone, oxide, light and weathering aging resistance, excellent weather ability used in outdoors and ages may be reached to 10 years.
3. High insulation: Dielectric constant from 3 to 3.2, breakdown voltage from 20 to 50KV/mm
4. Physical and chemical properties.
Applications of PTFE coated fiberglass cloth:
Serve as a welding defender, heat protection quilt, foundry splash protection.
Conveyor belt and expansion joints.
Electrical insulation, chemical corrosion resistance, packing material.
Used for aerospace, marine, chemical industry, power plant, auto-manufacture, construction, piping flexility and sealing industry.

The standard width is 1250mm. The max width is 3850mm.The min width is 1000mm.We can also provide you the customized items if
required.

For the regular thickness and width, we can provide you any quantity you need.
5. What about the raw material you use?
We use imported fiberglass from Taiwan and the PTFE resin is imported from dowcorning.
6. Do you have the specific QC department?
Of course we have the specific QC department.Our company applies strict quality control system and service system.
7. What about the warranty?
We are quite confident in our products.We have special quality control department who will 100% check each goods before
shipment,and we can assure you all the goods sent out are in good conditions.When customers receive the goods in 15
days,if,unfortunately,there occurs broken ones,please tell us and show us the detailed proof so we can check it and give certain
replacement in the next order.
