Youngsun fiberglass fabric impregnated with PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) dispersion and coated with high-temperature, pressure-sensitive silicone adhesive.

Properties:

Top side provide good characteristics of PTFE,such as electrical characteristics, heat resistance, chemical resistance, low friction coefficient and non-adhesiveness.

Flame resistance Make by insulating material.Can smoothly adhere, wind, band, and seal.

1.      Can we get samples of your product?

Yes, we can provide 2pcs of samples for free. We usually send the sample with freight collect. If you don't have express account, we'll check the freight from our side and you can pay us the freight.

 

 2.  Why choose your product?

We use platium grade liquid silicone as the coating, inside fiberglass makes the mat more wearable. Unlike solid silicone product, there's no ugly smell after baking. 

 

3.    Can you provide OEM service for the product?

Yes, we sell the product to many famous distributors such as QVC, COSTCO, LIFETIMES, TESCOMA…Logo and pattern can be printed on the mat according to customers' design.

 

4.      What's the MOQ of your product?

If you don't have special packing requirement for the product, we'll pack it in bulk in cartons. In this way, the MOQ can be 100pcs. If you need OEM service, then MOQ is 1000sets.

 

5.      What's the delivery time?

For the goods without OEM , we can deliver the good within three days after receiving the payment. For goods need a package design, the delivery is usually about one month.
