Product Description

Glassfiber Fabric coated with PTFE is 100% non stick, resist temperature from -70-260C. Our premium series is widely used as laminated sheet for mould release, and industrial series are made into conveyor belt for curving and vulcanizing.
PTFE coated fabric is made of the best fiberglass yarn as the weaving material to plain knit or specially knit into high-grade fiberglass cloth, coating PTFE resin which is imported from Japan to make it into PTFE clothes in different thickness and width. The tape can be with or without adhesive.

Applications
0.08mm, 0.11mm, 0.13mm PTFE Coated Glassfiber Fabric are well used in garment industry as  bottom table wrap and pillow. Also widely used in food industry as oven liner.
0.13mm PTFE Coated Glassfiber Fabric widely be made into laminated belt as side band for the napkin paper packing.
0.20mm black color is the most popular as BBQ grill mat.
0.25mm widely used in the solar panel industry as laminating sheet. 
0.25mm+ are widely used as conveyor belt, we will customize different size with different kinds of joint
0.90mm, 1mm are used in carpet industry.
The ptfe tape can also be made with adhesive, to be used in packaging industry for hot sealing.
