PTFE Coated Fiberglass Fabric YS9008AJ

PTFE Coated Fiberglass Fabric is made from woven fiberglass fabric coated with high performance PTFE resin.

PTFE coating ensures this product has a excellent non stick (easy release) surface to almost all chemicals in the market, and heat resistant (continuous working under 260 degrees, maximum 327 degrees), which result in a wide application in many different fields.

1. Mold release sheet

YS9008AJ is a excellent release solution for precision components due to the light weight and excellent surface.

By lowing the PTFE content but using same fiberglass, PTFE coated fabrics can be used as porous fabric for the curing, heat-pressing process of composited material, such as vacuum bagging system and so on.

2. Electronics

PTFE Coated Fiberglass Fabric YS9008AJ is used in a wide range of electronic applications, such as Copper Clad Laminate(CCL) manufacturing, FPCB manufacturing, LCD conductive film bonding, cable wrapping and others.
