a. Place the mat on a pan, plate, or other container, place food on the mat
b. Remove the mat after the food is broiled and the mat becomes cool. Clean the mat with water, the mat can be used repeatedly.
2. Can be used as oven gasket:
a. Electric oven: Place the mat on the bottom of the oven or the lowest grill
b. Steam oven: Place the mat on the lowest grill instead of directly placing on the bottom of the oven.

 

 

Notice:

 

1.Do Not use at temp above 500
2.At least 5-7 inches from flames
3.Do not let freeze heap up causing the risk of a grease fire
4.Wipe off the grease on the mat before putting it in the dishwasher
5.Do Not use any abrasive pads on mats
6.Do Not fold or crease mats while storing
